Delivery Cost
www.myfootballkit.com is pleased to offer free delivery on all orders over £50. It does not matter how big or small your order is, if it costs more than £50 then delivery will be completely free of charge. Orders costing a total of less than £50 will incur a standard postage fee of £9.99.
Delivery Time
We aim to dispatch orders not requiring printing within 3 to 4 working days of the order being placed. Orders requiring printing will be dispatched within 6 to 7 working days. When your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email detailing the goods ordered, date of dispatch and an estimated delivery date. Please be aware that this is only an estimate delivery date. We are unable to provide exact dates and times for delivery.
Total delivery time from the date you place your order to receiving your goods is usually no more than 14 working days. If you have not received your order within this time then please contact us via telephone on +441157149214 or email at orders@myfootballkit.com and we will do everything we can to get your order to you.
All products are delivered using Registered Express Mail Service, so a signature may be required on delivery. We cannot be held responsible for items where an attempted delivery has been made, if the courier returns the parcel to ourselves because no signature could be obtained. We will need to re-charge carriage costs to re-send. We cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control.
PLEASE NOTE - Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday between the hours of 8 a.m. and 6 p.m.
Problems with completing your order
We try to keep all stock levels up to date, and display expected delivery times as guides only. In most cases www.myfootballkit.com will ship an item within or before the estimates given for a product, but occasionally this might not be possible. If we encounter any problems in relation to your order we will contact you via email and attempt to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
