Please Note - Do not return goods without speaking to us or receiving an email reply first, so that we can arrange replacements or a refund without delay.
Once we have spoken to you or contacted you by email please return the items in the following way:
• clearly mark the outside of the parcel with the lettering RETURN; and
• ensure that all items are unworn and in the same condition as when they were delivered, in their original packaging.
